I am a freelance stock photographer, and my work is represented by various large and specialist photographic libraries. I occasionally work on commission (but choose carefully!) and have work published in most of the lifestyle and garden/home magazines in Europe. I have been principle photographer on many books, and my work can be seen worldwide now, thanks to the efforts of my agents. I use various digital cameras (and have been involved with the use of digital since the early days), but am also interested in using cheap plastic cameras from Eastern Europe... (see 'Holga' page). I live here in Bristol, but travel widely especially to Italy where I can practise my Italian. I love cricket and cider, and am married to Sarah. We have two children, Billy and Jemima. I am currently working on a book about 'real' cider and perry, traditional orchards and cider producers... LATEST NEWS... My book with Frances Lincoln Publishers is finally out this month. It's called 'Plants in Pots' and is a celebration (!) of gardening with containers... go here to buy it... |
